- Draft forms are still being built.
- Pending for Review forms are waiting for approval.
- Change Request forms need updates before they can move forward.
- Approved forms are ready for publishing.
Use the left menu for the main dashboard actions:
- Create a new form or start from a template.
- View published forms and submissions.
- Manage settings for your organization.
Open a form card to preview, edit, review comments, view logs, or publish. Available actions depend on the form status and your permissions.
